£100 minimum order spend on individual orders (individual item orders)
Goods will be released once payment is cleared. Any orders placed through the Bag44 website and a money transaction has taken place, this will be a confirmed order. If the order is cancelled before the goods are sent out, a full refund will be given. If the order is cancelled after the goods have been recieved no refund will be given.
Goods will only be delivered to a matching Billing and Delivery Address.

All transactions are private and secure, no information is passed on to a third party. Bag44 respect your privacy as our customer.
we will only accept returned goods within a 24hr period on the customer recieving them providing they are genuinly damaged from Bag 44 on arrival. All goods are double checked before being sent out.
All deals are approximate quantities due to price, fashion and the seasonal change. Goods change on a daily base.
All goods will belong to the seller Bag 44, the customer who is the buyer, until all funds have cleared into Bag 44's account.
The customer which is the buyer, agrees to the terms and conditions when accepting and placing an order for stock with Bag 44.
Bag 44 have the right to make any changes to their website www.bag44.co.uk without notification to customers or third parties. Bag44 is a wholesale Trade supplier.
